The Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc have approved and declared an Interim Dividend of MVR 341,545,559 (three hundred and forty one million, five hundred and forty five thousand, five hundred and fifty nine rufiyaa) for the Financial Year 2014 with MVR 4.50 payable per ordinary share.

This declaration has been made pursuant to the Standing Resolution to Declare Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2014 passed by the Shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on the 8th of May 2014 granting the authority to the Board of Directors of the Company to approve and declare an interim dividend in accordance with the Company’s Dividend Policy during the Financial Year 2014.

This Interim Dividend of MVR 4.50 per ordinary share will be payable to Shareholders registered with the Company at 1600hrs on the 27th of July 2014 (Sunday) in respect of shares registered then in their names.
