We are pleased to announce the promotion of Uza. Hazrath Rasheed Hussain to our Leadership Team. Hazrath has been appointed as the Director, Legal & Company Secretary with effect from 1 August 2022.

As Director, Legal & Company Secretary Hazrath will have the overall responsibility of leading the legal regulatory and corporate services functions. In her role as the Company Secretary, she will work closely with the Board of Directors.

Hazrath holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania, and practices corporate and commercial law. She has over 12 years of experience in governance, legal and contractual matters and has contributed immensely to the success of the Company in her role as the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
