We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Mirshan Hassan and Mr. Masood Ali as two Directors to our Leadership Team. Both Mirshan and Masood will be directly reporting to Chief Commercial Officer effective from 1 July 2022.

As Director, Brand and Marketing Communications, Mirshan will be responsible for ensuring that we continue to strengthen and develop Dhiraagu’s leading brand position, brand values, while making effective use of the shift to digital marketing. Mirshan currently serves as the Senior Manager, Brand and Marketing Communications and has led all our brand transformation initiatives and marketing campaigns, including the successful re-branding of Dhiraagu in 2017.

Mirshan is a marketing specialist with over 16 years of experience and has extensive knowledge in Brand, PR, Corporate and Marketing Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Business, double major in Management and Marketing from Edith Cowan University, Australia.

As Director, Customer Services & Regional Operations, Masood will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high quality of service is delivered to customers from all our customer touchpoints, including digital channels and partner network across the country.
He currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer of Services & Regional Operations and has effectively led our customer service operations.

Masood is a Certified Customer Service Manager, Certified Support Manager and Net Promoter Certified Associate with over 20 years of experience in customer service. Masood holds an MBA from University of Leicester, UK.

These changes to the Leadership Team are intended to further improve our focus on creating a customer centric culture, simplifying the customer journey, improving our brand position, increase efficiency, enhance collaboration and achieve our strategic objectives.
