Appointment of New Members to the Board of Directors of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun PLC

This is to announce that our majority shareholder Bahrain Telecommunications Company Plc (Batelco) have made two changes to the members representing Batelco in our Board. On May 22, 2017, Batelco appointed Mr. Oliver McFall and Mrs. Kholood Rashid AlQattan as Non Executive Directors of Dhiraagu’s Board of Directors, replacing Dr. Ahmed Ebrahim Mohamed AbdulQader and Mr. Raed Fakhri (who have served the Board since January 2016 and May 2016 respectively).

With these changes, effective from May 22, 2017, our Board of Directors has been reconstituted as follows:
