APPOINTMENT OF A NEW DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DHIRAAGU
Please be informed that the Bahrain Telecommunications Company Plc (Batelco) have appointed Mr. Raed Abdulla Mohammed Fakhri as a Non executive Director of the Board of Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Plc (Dhiraagu) as of 9th May 2016. Mr. Fakhri replaces Mr. Abdul Razzaq Al Qassim, who has been a Board member since April 2013.

Accordingly the current Board of Directors are now reconstituted as follows:
