Temporary Suspension of Mobile Number Portability Service

Please be advised that due to an urgent and unavoidable system enhancement work that needs to be carried out, we are required to temporarily suspend Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service from 15 October to 3 November 2018.

During this period customers will not be able to generate the MNP code.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our customers.
