Scheduled Maintenance on Dhiraagu Business Support System

We would like to inform our customers that a scheduled maintenance work is being carried out on our Business Support System from 0000hrs of 3 June to 1100hrs of 5 June 2020.

During this time, we do not expect any service interruptions on calling, using internet and fixed line services. However, some support services will be interrupted as detailed below:

Self-care channels, such as *123#, Dhiraagu Mobile App and MyAccount on Dhiraagu Website
Prepaid Reloads and Recharges
Online Payments
SMS Notifications
Bulk Orders
Order processing for Dhiraagu Mobile and Fixed Line services
