- We have made things convenient for you. To secure your device for the launch date, you will have to make an advance payment, which can be made online via our secure Online Payment channel.
- If it is inconvenient for you to visit our Customer Service Centre at Dhiraagu Head Office, we are more than happy to arrange collection of your new Samsung S8 & S8+ from any preferred Dhiraagu Regional Customer Service Center. Please allow us 7 to 14 days to deliver your device to your preferred Dhiraagu Customer Service Center.

12 Month Installment contract
For the convenience of our customers we offer a 12 month installment contract offer available for all postpaid packages, who meet the following criteria:
• Good credit history – In accordance with our credit policy the account should not have any outstanding amounts and
no outstanding on any other service under the National ID card
• Customer should not currently be on an active payment plan, OR handset installment plan on the Service number applying
• Applicable for Dhiraagu Postpaid packages
• Existing Postpaid Customers, minimum active duration on network: 3 months
Terms of Contract:
• Customer would need to sign a 12 month contract.
• Ownership change, suspension of service, Port out and Change of Service to prepaid is restricted during the contract period.
• Penalty for Early termination: Remaining Installments will be charged to the customer in full.

Smartphone Devices and Plans
You agree to the following Terms and Conditions for Smartphone Devices and Plans. A downloadable copy of the Terms and conditions can be found here.
Refund Procedure for handset Devices:
The following terms apply for Refundable Devices.
• Should you wish to refund the advance payment/ full payment made, please follow the following steps.
• Refunds are applicable if you have not collected the device from Dhiraagu. Refunds will not be applicable to unboxed phones/devices.
• Refunds request Application will be processed upon receiving the completed Refunds request Application form with NID card copies attached, with the payment receipt. Application will be processed once Dhiraagu validates all information on the application form are correct and all required documents have been presented.
• Incomplete application forms and mismatching information, will need to be re-submitted
• Refund Request applications can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org OR you may submit the application form to any Dhiraagu Customer Service Centers.
• Application forms submitted via email or to Dhiraagu CSC’s will be processed during Dhiraagu Working hours.
• Once Refund request is submitted and accepted by Dhiraagu, your device order will be cancelled and we will not be able to revert the refund process.
Payment methods and Refunds:
• Online payments:
• Customers who have ordered a device via online payment method, can request for refund by submitting the application form with NID cards and payment receipt attached with the form.
• Full payment or Advance payments will be reversed to the account which the payment was made from. (Same account reversal ONLY)
• Refunds will be made within 10 working days (excluding weekends and Holidays), from the date of receiving complete application forms and once Dhiraagu has validated the request.
• Refunds request submitted after 12PM in the afternoon, will be processed on the following day.
• Customers who have ordered a device via walk-in payment method, can request for refund by submitting the application form with NID cards & Original payment receipt attached with the form either by emailing to email@example.com Or by visiting any Dhiraagu CSC’s.
• Cash refunds: Cash refunds are ONLY applicable to customers who made payment by walking in to Dhiraagu CSC.
• Cash refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of application validated by Dhiraagu.
• Cash refunds will only be processed during 9am-4pm during office working days.
• Bank Transfer and Cheques: Customers have the option of Bank transfer or Cash cheque.
• Complete the Bank and Account details on the application form.

Other Important Information
• Orders are limited to 1 device per customer on buy outright or on installment contract basis.
• Installment contract plans are applicable to local Residential Mobile Customers, who are on a Commercial Postpaid package.
• By booking the handset through Dhiraagu, customers will be accorded priority status subject to meeting eligibility conditions and stock availability.
• Selection of the preferred color of the device is on first-come-first-serve basis and subject to stock availability.
• Advance payment for outright purchase and 12 Month Installment Contract advance payment will be taken via our secure online payment channel.
• If you wish to collect your device from Dhiraagu Regional CSC’s, please be advised that the delivery will take 7 to 14 days from the launch Date.
• All customers opting for the 12 Month Installment contract, will have to agree and sign a mandatory agreement at the time of device collection.
• Each Device will be covered by 2 Year Local Warranty. A warranty card will be provided with each device. You can find the details of warranty covered services in the warranty card. During the applicable warranty period, if the device requires to be repaired, please visit the Samsung Authorized Service Centre, Hike Maldives Pvt Ltd, 5th floor Champa Building 04 Orchid Magu with the provided warranty card.
1. When can I register my interest for the Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8+?
You can register your interest for the Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8+ you desire, from 20 April 2017. Customers who register their interest will be receiving an SMS and email with details to guide you on purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S8 & S8+.
2. How many devices of Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ can I book during pre-registration?
Please note that you can order a maximum of 1 device of the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+.
3. Do I have to make any payment to get the device on launch Date?
Yes, you will have to make full payment for outright purchase and an advance payment for 12 month contract. Payment can be made on our Secure Online Payment channel.
4. I am unable to make online payment as I do not have a bank Card?
Unfortunately only Online payments will be open for making payments for the pre-registration.
5. I am currently not in Male’ and I don’t think I can visit any time soon to collect the device. What shall I do?
You may select your preferred collection point from any of Dhiraagu’s Regional Customer Service Centres. However please allow us 7 to 14 days to deliver your device to the preferred CSC. We will ensure that you get your device at the earliest within the time frame.
6. 12 month contract requires the Owner of the Service to sign the contract. I am not the registered owner, what shall I do?
Only the registered owner of the Service can sign the 12 month installment contract. Please speak to one of our very friendly Customer Contact Center agents to help you out.
7. I am the owner of the service, but I am unable to visit Dhiraagu CSC to collect the device. What shall I do?
We value our customers and we can arrange something special for you. If you would like to send another customer to collect the Device on your behalf, please ensure the following is completed.
• Contract signed with your signature, attached with NID card and the Payment Confirmation Email/ Receipt.
• Letter of approval from you, with details of person collecting the device on your behalf, NID copy and the original proof of payment/ receipt/ payment receipt email.
• NID original of the customer coming on your behalf to collect the device.
8. Can I make changes to the pre-registration I have submitted?
We are sorry to inform that this is not possible.
9. Can I transfer my Pre-Registration to another customer?
We are sorry. The Pre-registration is nontransferable. If a customer was unable to Pre-registration before the Pre-registration period expired, we would be opening the option for customers to purchase a device after the launch date, depending on stock availability.
10. Can I nominate any number for the Free Data when I purchase on Buy Outright basis?
Free Data will be provided to the Mobile number you have specified during your pre-registration. We will not be able to change the number once you have submitted your pre-registration.
11. I have Power+ 3GB/ +5GB FUY Data Add-on, will I be able to use the Free Data Bonus?
To enjoy the Free Data Bonus, you may remove your Power+ Data Add-on. You may re-activate when your last bonus has been used up.
