  • 1. I do not have a fixed line or Post-paid account with Dhiraagu. Can I also subscribe to a package?

    Yes, you can subscribe to a package even though you do not have a fixed line or Post-paid line registered with us. However, as a security for you and Dhiraagu, when you have used up your deposit limit your line may be disconnected without any notice. If this occurs you will be required to increase your deposit or pay your phone bill.

  • 2. How do I apply for a package?

    Simply fill in an application form available from Dhiraagu Customer Service Centres or you can also download one from here.

  • 3. What are Dhiraagu Postpaid Smart Plans?

    Postpaid Smart  is a complete new range of Postpaid Plans with the all-inclusive benefits of data, SMS, talk time and IDD discounts in the Postpaid Plan

  • 4. Are previous Postpaid packages (Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze and InTouch,) available for subscription?

    No. Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze and InTouch packages will no longer be offered with the introduction of the new Postpaid Smart Plans

  • 5. I haven’t subscribed to a Postpaid Smart Plan. What will happen to my existing package? (Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze or InTouch)?

    Existing customers of Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze and InTouch customers can remain unchanged in their respective plans. But it is highly recommended to subscribe to a Postpaid Smart Plan to enjoy better value.

  • 6. How can I find information about the old postpaid packages? (Platinum, Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze, InTouch)
