Planned enhancement work on our Business Support System

We will be carrying out an enhancement work on our business support system, which is scheduled to take place from 31 January to 3 February 2019. 

 

During this period, customers can continue to enjoy using Data, SMS and Voice call services. However, the following support services will be interrupted.

 

• Bill payment services from all channels will not be available from 31 January till 3 February 2019. We would like to assure our customers that during this period services will not be disconnected due to overdue bills.

 

• Services from the following channels will not be available from 0000hrs of 31 January to 2359hrs of 1 February 2019.  

- Customer Service Centres across the Nation

- Partnershops across the Nation

- Dhiraagu Online Services 

- MyAccount on Dhiraagu Website

- Dhiraagu App

- Mamen App (Building mobile plans and Take-back function)

- Dhiraagu Pay

- Self Care Channels (SMS and *123# service) 

 

• Prepaid Reload and Recharge services will not be available from 0000hrs to 2359hrs on 1 February 2019.
