Changing Dhiraagu Public IP’s to Dynamic/Private IP’s

We would like to inform our Fixed Broadband customers, that effective 27 August 2020, we will be changing all Dhiraagu Public IP’s to Dynamic/ Private IP’s.

We would like assure our customers that this change will not have an impact on their day to day internet usage experience. You will be able to browse, download and stream as usual, without hinderance.

However, some customers who use Remote access and Smart Home tools may face some difficulties in accessing these tools while outside of their home network. We apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. If you face any such issues, please contact us via Live Chat, FB Messenger or Chatbot on Dhiraagu Mobile app.
