Only Dhiraagu post-paid and prepaid customers are eligible for the promotion.

Only those who give the correct answer for all questions in all three rounds will be included in the lucky draw.

Dhiraagu will award the scholarship to the registered owner of the mobile number.

If the winner is registered to a corporate, government office, the registered entry will decide whom they will award the prize.

Winner may decide to offer the scholarship to a friend or relative and it should be informed to Dhiraagu in writing.

The scholarship will be awarded to a Maldivian National only.

The scholarship is awarded to study for a first degree and it cannot be upgraded to an honorary programme or a master’s
degree under any circumstance.

The lucky draw will be held on October 2009 and the winner should join the University for July or September 2010 intake. If the winner or his appointed person does not join the University for July or September 2010 intake, the scholarship will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

Winner must take the responsibility to get placement from the University.

Once the placement procedure is approved, the winner should choose his own field of study at the University.

The winner must pay a refundable deposit of USD 250 to the University as a library deposit.

The value of the scholarship is limited and it will not be changed under any circumstance.

If the winner or his appointed person has to re-sit any exam for any reason, he/she has to bear any applicable costs.

Scholarship payments will be made for the following described in Annex 2. However, if the winner or his appointed person stops the course at any stage no further payment will be made.

The scholarship cannot be exchanged for money. The winner must use it to study for a 3-year degree at Asia Pacific University College of Technology and Innovation (UCTI) in Malaysia.

NOTE: Dhiraagu service Mobiles and staff scheme Mobiles are not eligible to take part in the quiz. Pre-Paid and Post-Paid connections under a Dhiraagu staff name will also be excluded from the lucky draw.
