Now with Dhiraagu Prepaid Friends and Family discount scheme, our prepaid customers can call for as low as 68 laari. This is the perfect saving scheme for customers who make frequent calls to just a few numbers, usually their friends or family.

Just nominate your Friends’ or Family members’ numbers and enjoy up to 15% during peak and off-peak hours (excluding late night time-band) on calls made to these numbers. You can nominate Dhiraagu fixed, mobile, fax or card phone numbers and include up to 2 overseas numbers.

Customers joining this scheme will receive the following discounts for calls made to their nominated numbers.

International: 10 % discount on calls made.

National: 15% discount on all voice calls excluding calls made within late night time-band.

There is no setup or monthly fee charged for this scheme.

What else should I know about the scheme?

Special numbers such as 110 (Directory Enquiries), Internet dial
up numbers (126), 7770000 (VoiceMail retrieval) and satellite
phone numbers cannot be nominated.

You can change your nominated numbers once a month for FREE
by sending an SMS to 444 or by filling an application form. The
SMS should include ALL the numbers for which the discount is to
be applied after the change.

It is the customer’s responsibility to advise Dhiraagu of any
changes to their nominated numbers. Requests for changes to
nominated numbers will normally become effective the next
working day.

After one month, you can withdraw from the scheme for FREE by
sending an SMS to 444 or by filling up an application form.
