Obtaining Dhiraagu Mobile Internet Packages

• Choose your desired Mobile Internet Package.
• Compose an SMS with the word ADD followed by a space and package name.
• Send the SMS to 445 from your Dhiraagu mobile.

E.g. to obtain DATA 2 package, send an SMS to 445 with the words ADD DATA2

 

Changing or Removing Mobile Internet Package

Should you wish to change to another Mobile Internet Package, you can do so by sending an SMS with the word CHANGE followed by a space and name of the package you wish to change to.

E.g. to change to DATA 1 package, send an SMS to 445 with the words CHANGE DATA1

Should you wish to remove your Mobile Internet Package, you can do so by sending an SMS to 445, with the word REMOVE followed by a space and name of your package.
E.g. to remove DATA 1 package, send an SMS to 445 with the words REMOVE DATA1

 

Setting up and getting connected

There is no setup required, simply subscribe to the package via SMS.

How do I set up my phone for Internet connection?

Your mobile receives internet connection settings when your start your phone with the Dhiraagu SIM for the first time. Alternatively, you can do your settings via SMS, the Internet or manually.
