To obtain service, purchase a Mobile Broadband 3G Plus USB Modem and submit and application form for a touchNet Prepaid or a touchNet Postpaid Connection Kit form Dhiraagu. Simply insert your prepaid or postpaid SIM into the Plug n Play Modem, connect modem to your desktop or laptop computer and follow the quick and simple installation steps. Finally just click connect and access the Internet as you would normally.

After activating your TouchNet prepaid SIM card, you can simply recharge or reload any value to your TouchNet prepaid. Recharge cards are available in Rf 50, 100, 200 and 500 or choose to Reload from Rf 8 to Rf 1000. You may also top-up using Quick recharge option. When you recharge your TouchNet prepaid, you will have a Rufiyaa balance to purchase any data package available for TouchNet prepaid.
You can also use your account balance, to send SMS and Make voice calls.
