1. Winner must present a valid identification and the winning mobile SIM card in order to claim the prize. If the winner cannot attend to claim the prize in person then a delegate with a valid ID holding the winner’s ID, a recent passport size photo of the winner and winning mobile SIM may be sent to claim the prize.

2. This promotion applies only to Dhiraagu mobile services and a customer of any nationality.

3. The winner will be awarded Rufiyaa equivalent to Bangladesh TK 50,000 (Taka Fifty Thousand)

4. Prize will be awarded to the user of the mobile phone number and not necessarily the registered owner.

5. When a winner is contacted and informed of the winning, s/he must claim the prize within 3 working days from any of Dhiraagu’s operation centres across the nation.

6. If a winning number is a postpaid mobile number, then prize will be awarded upon clearing any outstanding debts on the account. In such cases, the postpaid account should be cleared within the period allocated for claiming the prize.

7. Postpaid customers may clear the outstanding using this prize money.

8. Winners must agree to take part in the advertizing of the campaign in order to claim the prize. As part of this participation Dhiraagu shall have the rights to take photographic images of the winner and use them as and when required on Dhiraagu’s marketing and communication materials.

9. Prizes will be paid by bank cheque on winner’s name or may be transferred to the winner’s bank account.

10. This specific campaign is held only for customers who call to Bangladesh using Dhiraagu mobile services during the promotion period.

11. The more calls a customer make the higher the chances of winning: the draw will include each call made by the customer during the week.

12. A draw will be made every Thursday by a committee within Dhiraagu and will be taken electronically. Final decision for any matter pertaining to this draw will be the decision made by the committee of Dhiraagu.

13. Customer may use either Premium IDD “00” service or IDD019 “019” service in order to qualify for the draw.

14. This promotion will be valid from 03rd July till 29th July 2009.
