and follow the instructions to set-up your private Voice Mail Box.
Enter your default password (6666)
Change your password. Your personal password will ensure the
privacy and security of your mail box and your messages, so
choose a password that is easy for you to remember and hard for
others to guess. You will need it whenever you call Dhiraagu Voice Mail Service.
Record your Personal Greeting (For people to hear when they get to your VoiceMail) or Personal Name.
For your convenience, When we activated your VoiceMail, we have activated “Call transfer if no reply”, "Call transfer if unreachable" and “Call Transfer if busy” by default. This means that if your mobile is busy, switched off or out of range or if you are unable to answer the call, your callers will be forwarded to your VoiceMail. If you wish, you can change this but following the steps below.
There are four transfer options, which you can use to activate your VoiceMail. To activate the various options, simply note the following codes and steps.
Please note that you can also activate various options through the phone menu. Check your phone manual for details.
A) NO REPLY
This transfers calls to the Voice Mail when you are unable
to take the call.

B) NOT REACHABLE
This transfers calls to the Voice Mail when your mobile
phone is switched off or you are out of signal coverage.

C) BUSY
This transfers calls to the Voice Mail when you are
engaged on your mobile phone and do not wish to be interrupted.

D) ALL CALLS
This transfers ALL calls to the Voice Mail.

(Please not that when you activate this call forwarding type you will
not receive any calls on your mobile phone whatsoever, but calls will be diverted to your mailbox)
Notifications of new messages received
If your mobile phone supports a feature called SMS (Short Message Service), an alert will be sent to your phone to notify that there are new messages in your mailbox. This alert could be in the form of a Text Message appearing on your mobile phone screen that you will be able to read. Alternatively, an Envelope Icon could appear notifying you of the new messages. (Please refer to your mobile phone user manual in order to read and delete the SMS message that you receive).
How to Listen to Your Mailbox Messages
You can listen to your mailbox messages from any telephone, mobile phone, payphone, office or home phone, both or locally and overseas.
Using your mobile phone Step 1
Enter and wait for Dhiraagu Voice Mail Service to answer.
Step 2
At the Main Menu press to listen to your messages. You will hear all your messages first, followed by, messages, which have been previously kept.
After each message you will have the following options:
To Backup or listen to the message again, press 
To Delete the message press 
To Listen to the next message press 
To Listen to the next message continuously press 
When finished you have the two options:
To return to the Main Menu press 
To exit Dhiraagu Voice Mail press 
From any phone in the Maldives
It is possible for you to retrieve your messages from any other mobile phone, or any fixed line telephone or even a pay phone.
Step 1
Dial followed by from any mobile phone or from any fixed line or cardphone.
Step 2
Enter your mobile phone number, followed by 
Step 3
Enter your password followed by when asked to do so. Follow the voice instructions to listen to your messages.
From overseas
Step 1
Whether you are roaming or not, you can check your Mailbox by dialing the international access code from the country you are visiting followed by 960770000.
Step 2
Enter your mailbox number, which is simply your mobile phone number, and press 
Step 3
Enter your password and press 
(Please not that accessing your Voice Mail from overseas, you'll be charged for the international call).

To put your message on hold and then press again to pick up where you left.
Changing Your Password
Your default password, used to retrieve your messages is 6666. For security, please change it to a password of your choice. You can change your password as often as you like. Always choose a password that is easy for you to remember and hard for others to guess.
Step 1
Dial from your mobile phone and Press

At the Main Menu press to Modify

How to Record Your Personal Greeting
We recommend that you personally address your callers by recording your own greeting (up to 20 seconds). This helps to assure the callers that they are calling the right person and thus can confidently leave messages for you.
For example
“Hi, This is Ahmed. Sorry I can't take you call now. Please leave your name, contact number, and a message after the tone. I will get back to you as soon as possible. Bye”
or
“Hello, This is Ahmed. I am at a meeting now. If you need to speak to someone urgently, please contact Ibrahim Haleem at 322802. If not, please leave your name, contact number and a short message after the tone. I will get back to you after the meeting. Bye”
Step 1
Access your Voice Mail and enter your password and mobile phone number (if prompted).
Step 2
Press for Modify Options at the Main Menu.
Step 3
Press for Personal Greeting.
You will hear your current greeting if you have recorded one. Step 4
Follow the instruction and select from the following options:
To Record a new Personal Greeting
To Save Personal Greeting
To Delete Personal Greeting
Record Your Personal Name
If you do not wish to personalize your Personal Greeting, you can record your own Personal Name. In this case, your friends and clients calling you will hear this greeting:
“You have reached the Voice mail box of < Personal name> at the tone record your message. To end press the key or just hang up”.
The maximum length of your recorded name is 3 seconds.
Step 1
Access your Voice Mail and enter your password and mobile phone number (if prompted).
Step 2
Press for Modify Options at the Main Menu.

Press for Personal Name

Follow the instructions and select from the following options:
To Record a new Personal Name
To Save a Personal Name
To Delete Personal Name Note:
If you have recorded both your Personal Greeting and Personal Name, you caller will be greeted with Personal Greeting.
If there is no Personal Greeting or Personal Name recorded, your caller will be greeted with the following message from Dhiraagu Voice Mail Service.
“You have reached the Voice mail box of < your mobile number > at the tone record your message. To end press the key or just hang up”.
Features of Mobile VoiceMail Length of voice message
Up to 2 minute for each voice message.
Total number of messages
Maximum storage capacity of 15 voice messages for each Voice Mail customer. (Please clear your messages regularly. Once your Voice Mailbox is full, you will not be able to receive any more messages).
Storage time of messages
Each unread voice message received will be kept for 7 days, after which they will be automatically erased. Meassages which have been read will be kept for 3 days after which they will be deleted automatically. Playback sequence of Your Voice Messages
When you retrieve your messages, the last message received will be played first. Message notification via Short Text Message
When a new message is received, you will be notified immediately or on the next time you use your mobile phone. In the event your mobile phone is switched off or out of the coverage area, Dhiraagu Voice Mail Service will continue to try at regular intervals for 48 hours.
