What is Caller notification service?

Caller notification service notifies anyone who tried to call you using their mobile phone while you were absent with an automatic notification SMS informing them that you are back on the network

What are charges for the service?

This service is provided to all customers FREE of charge. However you will be charged Rf1 for each SMS sent to 146 to set up Caller notification.

How do I use the Caller notification service?

The service is automatically activated for customers already using the Missed Call Alert service. Otherwise to activate the service, simply forward all calls in the “unreachable” condition to +960146. For more information on setting up, please refer to the setup guide.

Can I notify only to a selected number of callers?

Can I discontinue the feature?

You may temporarily stop the caller notification by sending “Notify stop” to +960146. If you decide to disable the feature you can do it just by sending an SMS and also enable the feature by sending an SMS. See setup table on how to setup this feature.
