Dhiraagu homeGuard is a device that allows you to see your home anytime with a special video surveillance camera. When you are not at home, you can simply make a video call from your 3G mobile to the camera itself and view live video images of your home.

What will I need to use Dhiraagu homeGuard service?

You will need to buy a 3G Video Surveillance Camera from Dhiraagu. You can either use a prepaid or postpaid SIM card with this camera. If you want to use a postpaid service, subscribe to our special package especially desgined for video surveillance: you can simply ask for our homeGuard package.

What are the benefits of the homeGuard package?

The homeGuard postpaid package is especially customized for use with the camera. The package will only allow services that are required with the use of camera. This ensures the minimization of misuse of the package in case of theft or misplacement of the SIM Card.

How do I start using my homeGuard service?

1. You will be given a phone number with the SIM Card for your Camera. Save this number in your phone directory.
2. Insert the SIM Card into the Camera! The battery should be fully charged before you can use the service, otherwise the 3G Camera may not function correctly. When the battery is fully charged the power indicator light will change to Cyan!
3. Set Date & Time (Please refer to the Camera User Guide in the box)
4. Now you are ready to use the Service. Start video calling into 3G Camera now and view your home or any desired location where your camera is intalled.

Simply make a video call to the assigned number in the camera, and pin in the allocated password to this connection. The camera will automatically answer the video call and you can view your home or the location where you installed your homeGuard camera.
