- Key the customer number to which calls are to be transferred

- Confirmation tone will be given
eg. * 21 * XXXXXXX # (where XXXXXXX is customer number)
To Turn Call Forwarding Off
- Lift the receiver
- Key the access code # 21
- Key * followed by the customer number and key # when cancelling by the transferred customer, or key # when cancelling by service registered customer number
- Confirmation tone will be given
- Call Forwarding is cancelled
NOTE:
Outgoing calls are still possible even if the service is activated. A distinct Dial Tone is provided to remind the user that incoming calls are diverted to a pre-assigned telephone number.
The Call Forwarding customer will be charged for the part of the call set up between his telephone and the one to which the calls are been forwarded.
Call Forwarding can only be effective to the assigned number. In the event that the assigned telephone has also been programmed with Call Forwarding, diverted calls will only terminate at the first assigned number and will not be forwarded further. |
