Before reporting a fault we request you to check the following:

1. Please check if all the switches in the equipment are in the correct position.


2. Check where you have equipments that needs main powers, that the power is switched on and that batteries if required, are good.


3. Try unplugging the phone and change it for a known working phone, if you have one. If the fault disappears the phone is faulty. Alternatively try the phone in another socket (known to be working) this also help you find if the telephone is faulty or not.
