DHIRAAGU, is looking for high caliber, results-oriented candidates to fill the following posts vacant in our Regional Centre’s:

 

Sales & Marketing Officer (Eydhafushi Operations Centre / Kulhudhuffushi Operations Centre, )

The successful candidate will be involved in planning, organinsing and implementing Sales & Marketing activities in the region. Providing Customers with efficient services and handling their queries and producing all the required reports also include part of this job.

Requirements:

•  GCE O'Level minimum “C” pass in Mathematics, English & Accounts.
•  Written and verbal communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
•  Knowledge of Computer Applications.
•  Experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.

Preference would be given to candidates permanently residing at B. Eydhafushi & H.Dh. Kulhudhuffushi.

 

Admin. & Stores Officer (Laamu Operations Centre)

As an Administrative and Stores Officer you will be performing high level administrative work, Premises Maintenance work and Stores functions. In addition you will be carrying out sales activities in the region.  

Requirements:  

•  GCE O'Level minimum “C” pass in Mathematics, English and Dhivehi.
•  Physically fit to travel to different island in the region.
•  Knowledge of Computer Applications.
•  Written and verbal communication skills in English and Dhivehi.

Preference would be given to candidates permanently residing at L. Gan.

 

Technician (Dhangethi Maintenance Centre)

As a Technician you will be responsible for carrying out installation and maintenance of Radio Transmission Links, Mobile service Equipments, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), External and Internal Cable Networks, Payphones, and associated power equipment. Traveling to other atolls/islands for installation, fault rectification and repair of equipment would also form part of this job.

 

Requirements:  

•  GCE O'Level minimum “C” pass in Mathematics, English and Physics.
•  Physically fit to travel to different island in the region.
•  Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Preference would be given to candidates permanently residing at Dh. Kudahuvadhoo and A.A. Rasdhoo.

 

 

Dhiraagu is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to coordinate the Human Resource development function within our HR Department as:

Senior Human Resources Officer

As one of the key individual responsible for the operation and coordination of our Human Resource development function, you will be responsible for coordinating the training and development needs, evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs within Dhiraagu.

 

You will also be responsible for coordinating policies and procedures related to training and development activities, preparation and execution of the training plans and keeping track of all training activities.

 

The successful candidate must be a results-oriented, proactive team player adaptable to a fast-changing, business environment. He/She must possess strong organizational, planning, negotiation skills; be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. As the job requires extensive interaction with people at all levels, the ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization .

 

Preference will be given to those who have demonstrable experience in a similar role. An undergraduate degree or Diploma in a relevant field will be desirable.
