Terms and Conditions

Only Atoll Offices, Island Offices, Courts, Health Centres and Government Schools in the islands where Dhiraagu does not offer residential telephone service, are eligible for this package.

The minimum period of subscription is 12 months.

International Direct Dialed (IDD) calls, calls made through the Dhiraagu international operators (190), calls to special numbers such as 110
(Directory Enquiries), direct dialed calls to satellite phones and calls to
premium rate numbers that will be introduced in the future will be excluded from the package allowance.

Applications to join the package will, in most cases, become effective the next working day.

This package cannot be used together with any other fixed line national discount scheme.

Fixed lines in islands where Dhiraagu offers residential telephone service cannot be included in the packages for the purpose of obtaining volume discounts.

Customers may apply to disconnect from the package at any time after the initial 12 month period, but Dhiraagu will actually do the disconnection at the end of the billing month. In the meantime the customer will continue to enjoy the discount.
