Phone meeting allows Dhiraagu fixed and mobile customers to hold conversations with up to 30 others over the phone at the same time.

The service is ideal for the government and businesses where their staffs are located in multiples offices far from each other and holding meetings in a single location is difficult due to cost of travel and time. Phone meeting is also very useful for any group of people planning an event, discussing an issue or just for a casual chat.

The meeting organizer informs all participants of the time of the meeting and a password of your choice (any 6-digit number) to enter the “meeting room”. This password is like the key to your “virtual meeting room” so please chose a random number that will be hard for someone to guess and keep it confidential among the meeting participants only. We also advise that you choose a different password for every meeting.

At the agreed time all participants dial the Phone meeting number 130 from any phone and follow the voice instructions. (Participants joining from outside the Maldives should dial +960 3340 130).

When asked to enter the password, key in the pre-agreed password using the phone keypad. When the password is entered correctly, the caller will get access to the meeting.

The first party entering the meeting will hear music until a second person joins in. Start talking when two or more members join the meeting.
