Dhiraagu e-TRACK service allows fleet owners and managers to track the movement of their vehicles from anywhere in the world, over the Internet.

Simply visit www.dhiraagu.com.mv/e-track and you will be able to see the position of your vehicle(s) on an online map that will be updated automatically.

Why should I use this service?

- Convenience – All you have to do is log on to the Internet site whenever and wherever   convenient for you.
- Business Efficiency – You can obtain detailed tracking information via various reports.
- Control – Your crew may not be reachable at all times, but e-TRACK is.

How do I use the service?

- Apply for the service by visiting Dhiraagu Customer Front Office or by contacting our   Sales Department.
- Once your application has been processed, Dhiraagu will provide you with a username   and password to access the e-TRACK website.
-Log in to the e-TRACK website from any Internet connection and monitor your vehicle   movements. You can also take various reports based on your requirements.

What do I need?

- A pre-programmed e-TRACK terminal available from Dhiraagu TeleShop (the device   consists of a tracking box, GPS antenna and GSM/GPRS antenna).
- A SIM card with Dhiraagu mobile Postpaid Data Package.

How does it work?

- The e-TRACK terminal collects the location information using GPS (Global Positioning   System).
- The location information is transferred to a server using Dhiraagu GSM/GPRS network.
- This information is used to plot the location of the vehicle on an online map and is   displayed to you via the login provided to you.

Does this replace any of the existing equipment on my vessel?

No. Most vessels will have commonly used equipment such as GPS, Radar, and Fish-finder. The e-TRACK terminal is an additional device to provide you with the additional possibility of tracking your vessel online.
