The Smart SIM is an advanced SIM card offering more capacity and a number of modern enhanced services.

Higher capacity – You can now store up to 30 SMS messages and 250 names in your SIM compared to 15 SMS and 100 names in the old SIM.

Menu-based access to SMS Value Added Services – With the Smart SIM you will see an additional menu called “DhiMobile” on your phone. Services such as SMS Bill Enquiry, SMS Directory Enquiry and other InfoSms services can be conveniently accessed from this menu without using special codes or numbers.

Remote updating of SIM - Dhiraagu can update your SIM menu remotely so that you do not have to visit us to update your SIM every time we introduce a new SMS based service.

The additional features of the Smart SIM will be available on GSM Phase II plus handsets. If your handset was manufactured after 2000, it is highly likely that it will be Phase II compatible. For a list of known Phase II handsets, call 123 FREE.
