IDD019 service is a low priced international calling service compared to that of the Premium IDD service and is available through Dhiraagu fixed line and mobile phones. Customers who wish to use this service have to dial the prefix 019 instead of normal IDD access code 00. IDD019 service is offered to selected destinations and is available at a predefined time band for each destination. From time to time we may change the list of destinations, the rates and the time bands.

A simple single step dialing process will connect customer to the required destination.

If a customer calls outside the IDD019 period or to a destination that is not in the list he/she will hear an announcement.
