Dhiraagu Call management features helps you to manage your calls better and is provided FREE with no setup or monthly charge. These features come in handy when there is a need to switch your phone off, and these features could be activated, deactivated or modified by just sending an SMS to 146.

 
Missed Call Alert
 

Missed Call Alert is a FREE service that makes it possible for Mobile Post-Paid and Pre-Paid customers to find out who called you while your mobile phone was switched off or out of the mobile coverage area.

When you are back in the mobile coverage area and/or the phone is switched on you will automatically receive an SMS which will include the telephone numbers of the last 3 callers and the date and time of the missed calls together with a tally of the number of missed calls from each caller.

You do not have to apply or register for Missed Call Alert service. To activate the service, simply divert all calls in the ‘Unreachable” condition to +960146. To deactivate, just cancel the call diversion.

 

Caller Notification
 
Caller Notification is a new enhancement to the Dhiraagu Missed Call Alert service. Now everyone who tried to call you using their mobile phone while you were absent will receive an automatic notification SMS informing them that you are back on the network.

The service is automatically activated for customers already using the Missed Call Alert service. Otherwise to activate the service, simply forward all calls in the “unreachable” condition to +960146. (You will not be able to use voicemail in the unreachable condition.)

You could also specify your own personal notification list. Only callers who are on the list, and who called you while you were absent, will receive the automatic SMS.

This enhancement is free of charge, to all our mobile customers.

User Guide

What you want
SMS to be sent to 146
   

To add numbers to your personal notification list.

Only numbers in this list will be then notified when you are back on the network. (numbers not on your list will be no longer notified)

 

notify add:followed by the numbers separated by a comma.

You can have a maximum of 10 numbers in your list.

To find out the current numbers in your personal list.

To delete a number from your personal list.

The deleted numbers will not be notified when you are back on the network.

 

notify delete: followed by the numbers to be deleted from your list.

If you wish to delete more than one number at the same time, use a comma to separate the numbers.

To delete all numbers from your personal list.

All callers wil be notified when you are back on the network.

To temporarily stop notification feature.

To resume notification feature after a temporary stop.

All callers will be notified when you are back on the network.

To deactivate notification feature.

No callers will be notified when you are back on the network. Your personal list will be deleted.

Out of Office Feature

Out of Office (OOF) feature is another enhancement to the Missed Call Alert Service. With the OOF enhancement you can arrange to have a personalized SMS sent automatically to anyone who used their mobile phone to call you while your phone was switched off or you were outside the network coverage area. Your personalized SMS can inform callers why you are not available and/or when you expect to be available.

You may choose to have the personalized SMS message sent either to all callers, or only to a predefined list of callers. Once you define the list, only callers who are on the list who called you while you were absent would receive your personalized SMS.

Out of Office is available FREE of charge to all Dhiraagu mobile postpaid customers.

The service is automatically activated for customers already using the Missed Call Alert service. Otherwise, to activate the service, simply forward all calls in the “unreachable” condition to +960146. (You will not be able to use voicemail in the unreachable condition.)

How do I use the service?
