- General Eligibility
- This promotion is eligible exclusively to;
Dhiraagu Mobile and Fixed Line customers (excluding all in section b)
- Dhiraagu staff are NOT eligible. (Dhiraagu Service Lines, Test lines, Staff lines or Mobile/Fixed phone numbers registered under Dhiraagu staff are not eligible)
- Applies to national voice calls made during the promotional period.
- Only residential customers of Maldivian Nationality are eligible (Promotion is not eligible for numbers registered under businesses/ corporates/government )
- Promotion Period
- The promotion will run from 19th July 2012 and close on 21st August 2012.
- Winner Selection
- A total of 10 (ten) lucky winners will be selected via a lucky draw.
- 1 (one) Grand Lucky Winner will be randomly drawn irrespective of the category, and further 9 (nine) lucky winners ; 3 (three) from each category, Prepaid, Postpaid and Fixed Line) will be selected.
- All eligible users who have spent Rf100 on Prepaid or Postpaid connection and Rf50 on Fixed Line during the promotion period will be entered into the lucky draw. (You will have an entry for each Rf100 spent on Prepaid or Postpaid and for each Rf 50 on Fixed line, during the promotion period)
- Lucky draw is scheduled to be held by 8th September 2012
- Your unique identifier will be your registered Dhiraagu phone number.
- Prize Details, Notification and Acceptance
- The Grand Lucky Winner will win the following prize;

- The 9 (Nine) Lucky Winners (3 winners from each category) will win the following Prize:
- The winners will be notified by 8th September 2012, by Dhiraagu Marketing Department, through the registered mobile/fixed phone number
- Prize will be awarded within one (1) week after winner notification and verification. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the winner does not respond to the prize notification or take possession of the Prize within three months, it will result in disqualification.
- The winner will be required to provide ID Card for verification purposes
- The Prize will be awarded to the registered owner of the mobile/fixed phone number
- The Prize awarded cannot be upgraded or substituted or exchanged (including for cash)
- Dhiraagu Marketing Department will make arrangements for the winner to collect the Prize from Dhiraagu. If the winner is unable to come then he/she may advise in writing (to the following address) with details, including ID card copy of the person who will be coming to collect the prize on behalf of winner.

- Each winner agrees to the use of his or her name, identifier and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation. By entering this contest, each winner acknowledges that Dhiraagu has the right to publicize and broadcast each winner's name, voice, identifier, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto
- Limitation of Liability: Each entrant forever discharges and releases Dhiraagu, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, and or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize(s), however caused.
