*Under Fair Usage, the Data Unlimited package has a monthly threshold of 2.2GB and after reaching this threshold, your speed will be reduced for the rest of the bill cycle. However, there will be NO excess usage charges, regardless of how much you use it.


Pay As You Go
If you are not on a data package or if your usage exceeds the Allowance,  you will be charged at Pay As You Go rates, which is at 
1 Laari/KB.

    1 To ADD, CHANGE and REMOVE just send an SMS to 343 in the following format: 
    • ADD
      ADD<space>Package keyword. 
      Eg: ADD DATA200 

    • CHANGE
      CHANGE<space> Package keyword.
      Eg: CHANGE DATA1.2GB

    • REMOVE
      REMOVE<space> Package keyword.
      Eg: REMOVE DATA1.2GB

  • Check Balance

    To check balance for Data 200, Data 700, Data 1.2GB packages:

    Dial *123*6#  and proceed


    For Data Unlimited:

    If you are on Data Unlimited, you will receive SMS notifications as follows; 

    •80%: “Dear Customer your internet usage has reached 1.76GB.”
    •90%: “Dear Customer your internet usage has reached 1.98GB.”
    •99%: “Dear Customer, your usage has reached 2.18GB. FUP applies after 2.2GB

  • Other Information

     

    The rates/package fees do not cover data charges while roaming and data roaming charges will apply separately.

    Fair Usage Threshold 
    * Under Fair Usage, the Data Unlimited package has a monthly threshold of 2.2GB and after reaching this threshold, your speed will be reduced for the rest of the bill cycle. However, there will be NO excess usage charges, regardless of how much you use it

    For Postpaid 

    Subscription:
    •For all packages, except for Data Unlimited, monthly Package Fee and Data will be prorated 
    •For Data Unlimited, full monthly fee will be charged and the fair usage threshold of 2.2GB will be applicable, regardless of the day of the month that you subscribe to the package. You will still be able to enjoy unlimited usage without ANY excess usage charges.
    •Package Fee will be charged one month in advance.

    Unsubscribing:
    • If you remove Data Unlimited, all features and functionality of the package will cease and you will be changed to Pay As You Go model immediately.
    •For all other packages, unsubscribing will remove your subscription, but you will be able to use remaining Data till the end of the month, except for Data Unlimited

    Package Change:
    •For all packages, except for Data Unlimited, Package Fee & data will be prorated and any existing data balance will be added to new prorated data amount.

    •If you change your package after the bill run,  the Package Fee charged  in advance, will not be refunded

    •No data will be carried forward for any package change that involves the Data Unlimited package (change to and from) and Package Fee for Data Unlimited and its Fair Usage threshold will not be prorated.

    • Package change can be done once a month


    For Prepaid 
     
    Purchasing a package:
    •For all package purchases, you will be charged full Package Fee and you will be awarded the full data allowances for the package. Any remaining data (from previous package) will be accumulated except for Data Unlimited.
    •For Data Unlimited, full monthly fee will be charged and the fair usage threshold of 2.2GB will be applicable, regardless of the day of the month that you subscribe to the package. You will be able to enjoy unlimited usage without ANY excess usage charges.
    •Data Validity period of the package will be 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Removing a package:

    •If you remove Data Unlimited, all features and functionality of the package will cease and you will be changed to Pay As You Go model immediately.

    •For all other packages , except for Data Unlimited,  you will be able to use remaining Data till end of data validity period

    Package Change:

    •No data will be carried forward for any package change that involves the Data Unlimited package (change to and from)
    •For all remaining packages, any remaining data will  be accumulated
